I live in Shan Shui Hua Ting
I live in Shan Shui Hua Ting and generally i am happy with it.
Its got a great location, nice garden, pretty good upkeep, parking is ok during normal hours and a swimming pool.
On the downside, it is pretty full with loads of kids hanging around. Although to be fair its not too noisy.
Worse bit is the security guards. There are plenty of them but they are slovenly, useless and impolite. I would rather a troop of girl guides watching out for my car at night.
