Lu Yang Villas - Zhuhai

I really like how you've compiled various properties that would be suitable for expats. I was hoping to find out about prices as I'm planning on visiting Zhuhai (for the first time) this November and I'm contemplating investing in a villa/condo with a view for regular visits. If you have info. on links for me to connect to, I would appreciate it. I'm looking for a "gated" place so that I could just lock up the place and leave, as I do not intend to stay for long periods of time.

thank you for this wonderful service you've started. I'm sure all members will find it useful. Sophie

How did I compile the info?
Well, I have been living in Zhuhai for 6 years, and I have a lot of friends living here and there... so I think the list matches more or less where Expat would like to live.
Then one day, I drove with a friend who can take better pictures than me, haha.
It is still incomplete: I know I need to add the chinese name, general location etc... but my time for this is limited, so I will do it little by little. In the meantime, members of the community are more than welcome to use the comment form to express some points of view about the gardens they know or live in :)

Dear JJ,

Thank you for the service. I've ID'd a number of places that look interesting, such as the Aust. Gardens, Holiday Resort Hotel Villas, Paradise Hill Hotel Villas, etc. But of course not living in China, I have no concept of prices, and the ones I've listed above are probably way out of my range. Wonder if you have an idea of the Yuan per sq m of the villas that have a view. I'm looking for a resale and one that's no larger than 143 sq m. Any other recommendations for good areas and good buys?

Thanks! Sophie
