I bought an Apartment here.I like it very much. My only complaint is that driving to work in the morning, the traffic builds up at the only exit road on to the highway.Takes 3 changes of lights to get through. What will happen when all the stages are full....very clogged i think !! Also i shouldnt have bought near the Yung Wing school...ohhhh so noisy . Kids and music ...ahhhhhh

We really enjoy here! We bought our apartment in 2004. The management is great and I do not have any complaints. They are very helpful. When we bought no one spoke English, now they are plenty of staff trying to help us anytime. Last week I got a problem with my washing machine and they organized to get it repaired free of charge! I only have to give a phone call and someone comes within 30 minutes, it does not matter what my problems or needs are, they just want to help us.
I do not have any noise problems, since I live inside the second phase across the pagoda on the lake. Before buying at Huafa we visited different places, but none were giving the same service.
Besides real estate prices are really flying high nowadays... I made a great deal!

Oh come on! This was a thread for discussions, NOT ADVERTISEMENTS!!!
As for living here, yes the one and only exit gets to be a pain at the wrong hour of the day.
I would prefer it if the didn't change the people at the entry gates so often. As soon as one group gets used to seeing my smiling face and starts being friendly they get moved on to another post.
It would be nice if they had the fountains in the ponds turned on a bit more often. And lit some of the stairs on the paths a little better at night. Easy to trip when its hard to see the steps.
Basically it is a great place to live though. A vast improvement over my previous nine years in Macao. I'll never move back there without a fight!

I have been living here for
I have been living here for the past half a year. We didn't buy an apartment here. It is too expenive. Instead we rented. It is a good place to live. But it's a little inconvenient to go into down. We don't have a car. Sometimes it's hard to get a taxi especially if it is around 6.00pm. There are three swimming pools in Huafa as far as I know. I often go to the bigger one in phrase one. It was clean to start with. But now you can hardly see through 3 meters under water. All the lights on the walls of the swimming pool are hanging out. It is kind of scary when swimming with them on. The small gym beside the pool got some old running and cycling machines and is only open for limited time and the machines are frequently out off order. There is no tennis or badminton or basket ball field available. The club right inside Huafa got all the facilities but the annual club fee is RMB 15000. There must be a lot of rich people living here.
Well, after complaining so much, I have to say that out of all the complexes that we have looked around when planning to move down to Zhuhai. Huafa is till the best one.
