I guess I still do have a map of zhuhai in pinyin. Will look for it later.

I am using IE-7, and there is no way I could get it to print. So I did a "print to Screen", opened Word, pasted, cropped off the junk, expanded it out to full A4 landscapes, and hey presto it printed. It's handy to have some roads in Pinyin. Thanks for posting it.

Yes, maybe this map is not easy to print: it's because there is some code in the top left corner to enable you to navigate...
My idea for this map was to put the main avenues and street in English / pinyin
But I guess we do need a beeter map in the long run...
Does anyone has a good quality digital map in Chinese? this could be a start...

Yesterday I bought an excellent English edition map of Zhuhai in the Wanzaisha book store. With it were quite a few other "English" maps of Guangdong cities and China. Price RMB 6

For those not familiar, if you have caught a taxi from the Jida end of town heading towards Jusco, the store is on the left hand side, alongside the bus stop just as you are getting to the computer area. Go in the door and turn left, the rack of maps is near the stairs.

I forget the stores name, it's something like "xin hua bookstore". I have seen other stores of a similar name about the place, and maybe they all have the same stock.

Yes it is Xin Hua Bookstore, you are correct.
Please note that currently, the map above works with IE6 and FF but not with IE7... we will try to fix the bug...
