Visiting Hong-Kong on Single Entry Traveler Visa
Tags:
Hi,
I've been wanting to visit Hong-Kong for a long time, but I'm here on a single entry travelers visa.
I've heard that I can just go to HK and get a new visa for mainland there. Is there any chance that they won't issue a visa for me to enter mainland again? I have some things going on in Zhuhai and do not want to take a risk.
Thanks in advance,
Carl

Not too sure about them not
Not too sure about them not issuing you a visa as i dont know your circumstances, but for most people, its a case of going to the China Travel Centre in Mongkok, HK and apply for a 'L' visa which allows you two entries within three months of expiry or you can go for a business one which allows you multiple entries for 6 months. Waiting a couple of days for it usually cost less than a same day service.
You should not have problem
You should not have problem getting a visa to re-enter China as long as you have a valid passport with at least six months. Also, don't need to volunteer too much information, just say coming to China for leisure.
Ok, I'll take the chance
Ok, I'll take the chance 14:00 today. Wish me luck.

So I'm back with a 6 month
