Silver Building (Yinzuo) Apartments in Jida

I see several ads in the Rental Real Estate classifieds for apartments in this building. I live in this building at the moment and I have a few comments. Please note these are just my own personal observations. I apologize if this is not the proper forum for this type of commentary. If there is a better place for this please let me know where and I will post this there.
1. This building is not set up to support expats. Not a lick of english is spoken by any of the on-site staff. Not even "hello". At a minimum, make sure your landlord speaks english, but that doesn't help much if you need anything from the building staff themselves (believe me, I know).
2. The plumbing is woefully inadequate. The first time we tried to wash clothes, the drain was competely plugged and our "terrace" was under water. Our toilet has not flushed properly for over a month now. I have to leave the premises if I really have to go (sorry).
3. The staff is not the least bit interested in providing Customer Service. They seem mostly interested in doing as little as possible and when pushed they revert to save face mode. See item #2.
4. The standard furniture supplied in all the 1 bedroom apartments doesn't even fit. There is no logical place to put a computer. Getting around the place is like an obstacle course (a very small one)
5. There is no gas piped into the place yet. We have been told December, but who knows. We have a tank of gas on our terrace, but we are limited to cooking on a single electric hot plate.
6. The showers are terribly designed and water leaks all over the kitchen floor after every use. I was able to finally get a piece of gasket from the staff and the situation is improved, but I had to install it myself. See item #3.
On the positive side, the Silver Building is in a very nice location. Just adjacent to the Duty Free shopping center in Jida, close to many restaurants and 3 supermarkets, there is ample bus service to Gongbei and Ziangzhou just outside the door, and it is only a short walk to Lover's Road. It is also cheap, only Y2500/mo.
So, again, please accept this as my personal observations only. It is not my intent to flood this website with negative press, but I felt it was important to let prospective expats know the situation in this building. There is a link under the Handbooks tab on this site that has a list of many other possible choices that are more suitable for expats.

Is that the Silver Building
Is that the Silver Building which was recently built? Across the street from the bus station? Are they selling them? How much? I assume from what you said it is of poor quality.
That's the one. It appears
That's the one. It appears that most of the sales have been to investors. There is a steady stream of potential renters going through. There doesn't seem to be much activity left in the sales center. I don't know what they are selling for, sorry. I can inquire if you are interested.
No, just wondering. Thanks

And to answer your other
And to answer your other question on quality, I wouldn't buy one.
