Just to answer some questions, the game so far has been strickly hold'em. There has been talk of dealers choice (but personally I hope not). One of the regular players has a set of chips but if you have another set thats great as we would like to see this event turn into a 2 or 3 table tourney from time to time. The more the merrier. And not to worry, the game is friendly, nobody takes a bath.

No sharks!

Other benefits... come a bit early and enjoy a tasty western meal at Lucky Iris restaurant (we play in their dining room). Michael makes great burgers and really tasty pizza. Of course Ryan's staff checks in on us and takes care of us for drinks.

hi, im the manager at alain's bbb. im a big fan of poker as well, so a few months ago i bought a whole set with chips. i even trained a waitress to be a dealer. i hope some people will join together to play. just friendly games. i will join for sure. let me know!

That was July... ie. that was the Vegas MGM. :-) hopefully the Macau MGM may have something surprise us...

for the moment im not organizing anything at alain's BBB because we will be closed from 3 feb till 14 feb. but if you can get some people together, you can allways come and play. (better after 8 oclock...)

poker chips available in the Gongbei Underground. I saw them the other day when looking dice and thought of you guys.

With KFC directly on your right walk down the row until you reach the third left alley (opposite some food court sign), turn left and its the sport and music store three or four doors down. The chips are in the glass service counter.

bumping this due to unpopular demand...heh

grand lisboa has hold'em tables now, but am pretty sure they'll be infested with sharks.

I was there three times... every time met the same guys (i.e. sharks) and I finally found out who are they. not good for me (as a fish)... so I still go MGM (Vegas) and other local (California) casinos... still sharks but less i am pretty sure..

so is there a final answer on that deal? I'd been Ryan's place on a Friday night last year (fall??) and he said no game tonight...

to clean up some confuse on my messages... I stationed at LA and ZH 50-50, being shifting every three months..

somebody please get a game going...
