moving the port

I read a while ago on this site that there is a plan to move the port (the one where you get the boat to Hong Kong) I am sorry I do not recall the name of the port. Does anyone know anything about this? What will go in its place? Likely apartments.

It is not the passengers'

It is not the passengers' terminal that is supposed to be shifted but rather the containers' terminal(the place next to Hai Yu Ban Dao hua Yuan). There is supposed to be a park build after the containers' terminal are being relocated if I am not wrong to Gaolan port!
