Beijing Food - dou zha OR ma doufu?

I was recently in Beijing and ate a dish called dou zha (豆渣) or ma doufu (NOT ma po doufu, which is a Sichuan dish). The best way to describe it is mashed soybeans with spices and oil. read more »
