Business in Zhuhai

Hi, All
I am currently living in USA. I want to open a restaurant in Zhuhai in the future. But I am not sure what I need (except money) to get started, like any licenses. Anyone can give me hints, I appreciate that.

Why Zhuhai? If there is a surplus in zhuhai that is restaurants. Also unless you are already in the that field there is a lot to be learn. If you really want to play it safe just join a franchise. Open a KFC or Macdonald and your investment is pretty much safe. There is also real kungfu which is Chinese version of Panda Express but alot healthier.

taco bell or mexican, italian [ not chi-talian] , or even subway. nobody has really ,seriously nailed these areas in zhuhai.
