hello everybody.
first of all thanks to Hans, Teun, JJ, Devin, Wim for setting up ZBE!
during last event the question was asked which topics can be discussed in the monthly ZBE meetings. based on a former topic in this forum where to find qualified technicians on the local job market i got the question: does it make sense to set up an apprenticeship system in zhuhai? as far as i know MTU has already established something like that. would it make sense that several companies can do this in cooperation?

Let me clarify that though...
post-qualified apprentices, mentored by competent masters so that they become better trained and qualified in their trade.
A modern application of the 'journeyman' concept where a released apprentice travels from job, or to master, honing their skills.

I would like to know more about the idea of apprenticeship system in more details? like how to operate the system ? If the system is really going to be set up, i really hope that i could do sth to this system Alors!
