I can not access Hotmail,
I can not access Hotmail, Yahoo Mail. What is going on?
Expat9 has been very slow in
Expat9 has been very slow in the last couple of weeks... we do apologies for this.
Our servers are based in HK and from the feedback we have had, this slowness only occurs in Mainland china.
We are trying to find a long term solution to this problem and will keep you updated on this issue.
