Websites unaccessible from China

I can not access Hotmail, Yahoo Mail. What is going on?

Expat9 has been very slow in the last couple of weeks... we do apologies for this.
Our servers are based in HK and from the feedback we have had, this slowness only occurs in Mainland china.
We are trying to find a long term solution to this problem and will keep you updated on this issue.

another one is wordpress.com

Edward, this kind of topic is only gonna get JJ in trouble. Try to use some kind of code, like 'b@nned' or whatever. The net nanny is always lurking...

but the list, only 126 sites, is too small from reality i guess.

I've had no problems accessing hotmail or yahoo mail. The problem must be on your end.
