Does anybody have any clear information about the route of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai railway line?
One version of the route states that it passes through Qianshan on its way to Gongbei, where it will terminate. Another one says that it goes through Nanping, Doumen, terminating in Jiangmen.
Also, what are the proposed main stops on the route?
The web doesn't seem to have much - in English at least - on how this train route will be realised.
Thanks.

I thought they are building
I thought they are building it in "front mountain" area. You see the columns being erected as we speak. Normally we take the bus there. I didn't realize there is a train going directly to GZ within the city.
I think Qianshan because I
I think Qianshan because I can see them building it infront of my factory.
From the current structures
From the current structures being built, it would seem to indeed be going through Qianshan, on its way to Gongbei, although the vertical distance between the Qianshan bridge and the train columns seems very small, leaving the possibility of joining with the bridge (somehow).
How about train stations? Is it just the one in Gongbei?
There seems to be a station
There seems to be a station being built by the B&Q from there the line continues towards the border area but it stops in an odd location. One would think they would extend it right to the border gate square. But who knows?
Where does the other end go? GZ?
The following map suggests
The following map suggests the train goes from Guangzhou, through Shunde and Zhuhai, terminating in Jiangmen

What is the current status
What is the current status of this new railroad?
When will service begin or has it already?
