Perhaps my eyes are failing me...I'm currently being blinded by the Hawaiian sunshine as I write this(hehheh)...but it seems as if the post about buying English books in Zhuhai has been moved/deleted. Any reason for this? I would hate to think that the only comments that are allowed to be made here these days are of the "Panda-hugger" variety. Because I have a lot to say. Please clarify, ok? Thanks! Canrun.

I've been to this bookstore, it's huge! However, the english section is small, and the only books I saw were old classics Anna Karena (I'm spelling it wrong)-Leo Tolstoy, stuff read in grade school. I didn't see any new releases or recent best sellers.

I remember mentioning that in a post elsewhere. Barnes and Noble it ain't...
'Little Women' isn't exactly revolutionary stuff.

Its strange. When I have been to Chengdu there are a couple of book shops with good novels and magazines but in Zhuhai and even Shenzhen they are rare to find. They are mostly like the Underground -classic literature.
