LIBRARY???

I did a search for library and didn't find what I needed. I thought I read somewhere that a local expat group like Zia? had a sort of library. Basically I want to have a plan to get rid of stuff I end up with at the last minute. I know it doesn't sound like much, but in my pre-online course, intellectually starved phase, I would personally have loved some of the stuff I am trying to get rid of now. Abnormal Psych textbooks, very up-to-date, Early Childhood Admin stuff, and the textbooks I will finish with next month. I have visions of myself trying to leave and my stuff holding me back like a magnet like in one of those dreams where you want to go but you can't move..... So if this library exists, will they pick up? If not, where are they? Who runs it, etc.
I could always sell to the scrap paper guy but seems like a waste........?
