And Razorsedge, i think i can answer your SIMPLE question : because all the real estates are thinking they can earn a lot of money from this market and they do .

I was thinking of buying something but since my mom already has a house here I am waiting for the right time. I am looking at Horizon Cove or Hua Fa new town.

I think it is the same for any business.. open a shop and pretty soon you're gonna have two or three more shops close by selling the same thing.... if you know what I mean LOL...

Yeah we know what you mean. It confounds me, and maybe someone out there can explain why all car yards have to be together, all the computer shops in one place, and so forth. Sometimes it's great and other times a pain, but I still don't understand why.

yeah it is funny Roy, the Japanese take an idea and make it better.. the Chinese take an idea and multiply it! lol... Do I reaaly need 13 or so kiosks downstairs selling the same rice and cooking oil.. I have to wonder where they get thier business training from!

I love it when you trek to a shop that you know sells what you are after and they say "Out of Stock" They never order prior to running out and always wait till sold out.Even if it is popular seller. Mindset ????
