I think u can find someone really cheap from those university...but i pretty doubt their ability.
I think it will not be too expensive, won't cost more than 100 a day to get a professional translator.

Once i worked for a Spanish guy as an interpreter during the canton fair,it was 200 per day.But it was a few years ago...
