Finding medication in Zhuhai

I can speak from personal experience about the nicotine gum. It is usually available in Macau (at the big Watsons in the central square, as well as in the smaller pharmacy directly opposite.) However, it is sporadically out of stock, and they only sell the 2 mg. Perhaps this is a Macau law... don't know.
But it is WIDELY available in Hong Kong. Almost every drug store/pharmacy stocks it, and in all varieties and strengths. You will have no trouble buying nicotine gum there!
I have never seen nicotine gum or patches for sale on the mainland, and believe me..I have looked!
I am sure I am not the first to tell you: be very careful buying drugs on the mainland. You are better off buying prescription drugs in Macau or HK.

melatonin is available in most chain drug stores in zhuhai, it's called 褪黑色素 in chinese, this i know for fact cuz the salesclerks tried to push them to me for my sleeping problem, personally i use chinese herbal stuff.
i googled nuvaring, believed its generic name is 阴道避孕药环 in chinese, you can print out this and bring it to the drug store and ask their staff.
you can find lots of western medications in china, without prescriptions, also cheap because they are generics, but you have to google out the chinese names first thou...

I think some medicines you can find it here, some only in other cities...
