I have looked and looked and looked for the same thing. So far no luck. There are a few out there with spoken English directions and pinyin input but all seem to have buttons labeled in Chinese only.

I have heard of a brand called Invion which supposedly has more English than any of the others but as yet haven't been able to find it in ZhuHai.

Found out about it thru web searching and ended up on a ShangHai Expat web site where someone was offering said units for sale but their e-mail was a dead end.

If you have any more luk than I've had please let me know!
