Beijing Food - dou zha OR ma doufu?

I was recently in Beijing and ate a dish called dou zha (豆渣) or ma doufu (NOT ma po doufu, which is a Sichuan dish). The best way to describe it is mashed soybeans with spices and oil. Does anyone know of a restaurant here in Zhuhai that serves this dish or a recipe for this?

More than 5 Beijing Restaurants in Zhuhai actually but there's one called Lao Beijing(Old Beijing) in Jiuzhou Dadao opposite Yunhai Hotel will be more easier for u to go. the rests are in Xiangzhou..residential areas!
