Do you need translation or interpretation help?

Hi, im an English major and working in a joint venture company now. i speak English and do the translation and interpretation job for my last post. however, im transferring to a new post, which doesn't need English so much. So what i can do to keep my English? i am worried i won't be able to speak the language one or two years later.
