Non Profit organization serving Zhuhai migrant workers' children

I'm looking to either participate or start a non profit organization or just a committee that manages the collection and distribution of toys and clothes for the Zhuhai underclass migrant workers' children. We have a condo in Zhuhai and our children spend usually the winter and summer in China so that they can learn Chinese and spend time with their grandparents. Every time we are in Zhuhai we are amazed by the disparity between the rich and poor. The children of the underclass is greatly underserved. I am wondering if anyone is interested in brainstorming this with me - and start this organization with me. It's the least we can do to bring some joy to these children.
