A: Sorry, can't help you with the bf but according to Dirk Gentley there is an interconnectedness to all things.

This of course is related, in a sense, to the Chaos concept known as the “butterfly effect” which is related to the work of Edward Lorenz. Now, according to some other clever boffins, everything is connected by very, very tiny strings… So, if you pull the right ones, you can get anything you want. :-D

Of course this idea has been around since Viking times when the three sisters wove the fabric of life was known as one's wyrd. Today we call it string theory. ;-)
