should rental ads have a dedicated section?

im interested to know if anyone else would like to see rental advertisements off the postings section and in a special place where people interested in apartment rentals could go.i understand the concept of sponsorship , but the postings made by fellow zhuhai-lians get shuffled off the most recent page very quickly if there are 6-7 or 8 rental ads, and they are becoming more numerous. its good for turnover, but not so good for people wanting assistance with enquiries . case in point ,the lady looking for guitar lessons for her kids. after a day the post is dangling off the bottom edge of the page,reducing the chance of finding someone . just a thought , and viva free enterprise. am i wide of the mark here? chopper.

1)click on the "recent post" link.
2) scroll down the homepage
3) use the top menu in red)
4) use the search engine
It is true that he post chopper mentions ( find guitar teacher) has sunk in the recent post list, but it is still visible on the homepage ( today).
In addition I would say that this post should not have been posted in the forums, but in the Classifieds ads, under vacancies.
Posting classified ads are free of charge, and get automatically unpublished after 1 month.
I do this to keep the site "clean": once the user of that has found a guitar teacher, his or her post becomes irrelevant.
Forums should be for more general questions and discussions.
