Can someone tell me who are the broadband providers in Zhuhai and their technology (adsl, cable, etc.) pros/cons/problem and pricing if available?

I have ZHTV as my provider

I have ZHTV as my provider in the Yinzuo Bldg. It is cable and slow (typical downloads less than 70-80mbs). I pay Y120/month. When I move I will definitely be upgrading.

There are only two. Zhuhai TV through the cable or China Telecom visa ASDL. I have the latter, paying 200 a month for unlimited. They have different pricing schemes that save you some dough if you pay for 6 months or a year up front though. Never had the cable but its a little bit cheaper. Then of course there's the normal pros and cons of ADSL vs. Cable

How do you get the CNC terminal? Is it just like a normal LAN/Ethernet cable you just plug into your computer? What about the pricing? Is it available to anyone or you got it from your employer?

Hi Michael

I will place here tomorrow the contacts of CNC and you can check it.
It is a telephone line that allow me to use it for fax, telephone and Internet at the same time. It has two interfaces, one to separate the internet and another to connect to PC, LAN.
I am sure it is available to all , because i saw two years ago the advertise in my building and I apply for it.
Price: 300 RMB installation, and 80 RMB for 60 hours.
I will be back with more details soon
