I was wondering if anyone knew of a place like a restaurant or bar where I can catch American Football games or Baseball? I tried calling the Venetian at Macau and the chinese desk clerk had no idea what I was talking about or didn't understand a lick of what I was asking. Frustrating!!

Thanks for the tip. The problem is the would the bar open up at 8am when the baseball game is playing? Also, the New England Patriots play at 4am tonight so I think that would be a problem. That's why I was looking into a hotel lobby bar in Macau assuming that the lobby bar is open 24 hours. Problem there, is upon talking to the desk clerk at the hotel they didn't understand when I was asking about programming. I really wanted to know before I made the trek to Macau to see if they did in fact showed games. So far 3-0 Red Sox in the third! I'm checking the score on the internet, not the same as ACTUALLY watching the game though!

The stars are all aligned
The stars are all aligned for Boston sports in a way they haven't been since the mid-80's. Think about it - 2 wins (well, 1.5 as of this writing) away from a world series title. Patriots looking unstoppable. Kevin Garnett with the Celtics, instantly elevating them a championship contender (i think vegas has them at 7-1 pre-season). Times are great...Yet here I am in China and can't watch a single game. *SIGH*
