Having spent nearly two years teaching foreigners from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds I feel very comfortable communicating within a work or social environment. Currently I teach students from England, Germany, Spain, Australia, France, America, Denmark and Israel. My student backgrounds include big corporations such as Dyson, P&G, consulates, small business owners, chamber of Commerce and housewives. Many of my former students have remained personal friends allowing me to further my language and foreign cultural understanding.
Working at NCM has allowed me to develop my problem solving and organizational skills. In addition my time management has improved, especially when scheduling students and teachers across various levels of study.
Customer focus is an important part of everything I do at NCM and this is evident with the high re-enrollment rate I maintain with my students.

To be the personal assistant to a foreigner, English skills are not enough, cultural differences must be realized to maintain effective communication between my foreign manager and marketing, and finance departments as well as the customers. This work experience helped me to further understand western culture and how to work effectively with foreigners. In addition I furthered my knowledge of company administrative operations.

• Dealing with general issues across all department disciplines.
Through the management training program I gained strong foundation of how an international company operates and developed my professional communication and inter-personal skills. Though I enjoyed working very much at Wal-Mart I was unable to develop my verbal English skills to a higher level.
