Does anyone know of a good web development company / Guy in Zhuhai .. i have to get a personal website designed... i know how much it costs back home but i don't know how much will it cost for the server and the domain etc. in china.

any info on this will be good help :)

I advise you to host your website in HK... especially if you have users from China and outside china.
I recommend www.hkhosting.com ... and you may contact Alice from their design department for design work:
