Monopoly

This afternoon and part of the evening i finally got the chance to play one of my favourite boardgames again. The last time i played Monopoly was nearly 24 years ago ( right when i was 12 year old ).

While my wife was resting on the couch i had a look at the board i bought in Macau and decided to have a go on it on my own ( since my wife was resting and i did not want to disturb her ).

Suprisingly enough she saw me set up the game and sgot interested in it. So we started a few games and i have to confess that i got beaten by my wife every single time we played. I was quite good at it when i was younger and it was absolutely the first time my wife played the game. So how come i lost so badly?
