Chinese Society (Part 2)

In general Chinese are:
Industrious, energetic and
hardworking people.
Cleverness and wit
Are the Chinese tools
For ultimate success.
Westerners are ruled by their conscience.
Chinese by practical observation.
In China, if you: “Don’t put your foot down”,
There will be at least a dozen that step on yours.
It’s not that the Chinese don’t think
and talk about their ethical values,
They just don’t very well remember them.
In China if your are rich and wealthy;
You’ll be a dragon; powerful and strong.
If you are poor, you’re just like a tiny mouse
that is easily crushed by the dragon.
Gift giving in China reminds me
Of a popular game we play in the west.
“Merry-go- around”
The same gift that you have past on
To a friend or business associate;
Allowing enough time, will eventually
Return back to you.
