Good day light enthusiasts, here's another opportunity to get out and exercise your eye as well as your legs! If you saw Doc's "Panorama" blog a week or so ago, perhaps you felt as motivated as I to get out the tripod (or use a stump) and get a series to stitch together. I must admit, it's been a number of years since I practiced this technique and I look forward to it... so without further editorial here are the details.
Date and time: Saturday, March 22, 2008 - 2:00 PM
Meeting place: Jiu Zhou Gong (the port in Jida) We will meet by the bus stop over by the sea where the lovers (walking) road starts up again. See the map.
Photo location: There is a mountain access very close to there. Also, time permitting, we can visit some other hiking paths in the general area, not to mention the Fisher Girl.
Cost: Transportation and dinner.
What to bring: A camera is advisable... a tripod is helpful but not required. Wear sturdy, sensible shoes and bring water for the climb.
