Rental Fees:
40% of 1 month rent, only to be paid if you choose to rent one of our properties.
Sale Fees:
2% of the total value of the property, only to be paid if you decide to purchase one of our properties.

- We do not charge for viewing properties.
- We do not provide homestay services.
SAM PROPERTY SERVICE LIST
A. SEARCH
a) We depend by your requirement search apartment / flat / villa / office / factory etc in ZhuHai City.
b) When you are free , we can show you some things such as ( Gym / school / Hospital / shopping centre ),and provide a special car.
B. SIGN CONTRACT / CHECK IN
a) After you decide,we will discuss on your behalf with the landlord about furniture / payment etc. untill the deal is finished.
b) We will prepare the contract in both languages (Chinese and English).
c) When you check in we can help you to record something for you (furniture / gas / water / elc Etc)
C. NORMAL SERVICE
a) We can instead of you pay the following for save your time:
Rental / Waterfee / electricityfee / Gasfee Etc.
b) We can find a maid (full time / part time)
c) We can arrange professional worker help you repair your apartment.
d) We can arrange professional veterinarian look after your pet or flower.
D. CHECK OUT
a) When the contract ends we will help you check out and finalise every bill.
b) We can arrange for a removal company if you need to move something out.
E. OTHER SERVICE
a) Give information for shopping / restaurant / medical treatment / entertainment Etc.
b) Ticket Booking
