La Mouton Japanese Cuisine Restaurant is located on the ground floor of Long Yuan Hai Wan Ya Yuan in South Lover’s Avenue, Zhuhai. It is a restaurant which was founded in July, 2006 with a special and fresh flavor—eating Japanese food in the French style rooms with romanticism. It is generally the first French-Japanese Restaurant in Zhuhai-Macau.

La Mouton Japanese Cuisine Restaurant is run by a Hong Kong chef who used to ran a Japanese restaurant in Amsterdam (Holland). He is very particular about every single detailed decoration of the restaurant: the reproduction of Van Gogh’s paintings; the long luminous table in the private rooms; the silver fence outside the glass windows… Every single decoration can fully reflects the owner’s creation.

The meals areas can be divided into some parts: the eating hall, harbour-view section seats, VIP rooms, Barbecue compartments and sushi Bar. You can choose your ideal area to have meals up to your needs.

The three Barbecue compartments have special design where you can appreciate the live show of the chef’s presenting his good cooking skills to cook the delicious food. Guests can enjoy the tasteful food while appreciating the chef’s cooking various Japanese-French food. You can not only taste the delicious food by mouth but also can “taste” them by eyes. You will fully enjoy yourself there.

You can also see how the cooks making the sushi in the sushi bar. You can order the fish you want to eat and have the cook make the sushi for you.

Moreover, you can taste the coffee which is made from the coffee beans imported from Colombia in this restaurant, with the romantic European music.

There are no Japanese wooden bowls and other Japanese wares; instead, you will have meals with glass wares, like the knives, forks, dishes, and crystalline glasses, which are imported from European countries. In the restaurant you will feel the atmosphere of eating Japanese food in France.
