Price discounts set

UNTIL the end of this year half price -- 50 yuan ($6.58) -- will be charged upon presentation of a Zhuhai ID Card, Certificate for Temporary Residence or Work Certificate at the entrance of the New Yuanming Palace. Children under 1.1 metre tall or senior citizens over 70 years old will be admitted for free.

A 23-yuan reduction from 128 ($16.84) to 105 yuan ($13.80) will be available at Imperial Hot Springs in Doumen District. The price will be valid until April 2008. People can take a 609 bus from the Xiangzhou Bus Terminal.

The admission fee for Meixi Royal Stone Archways will be lowered from 50 yuan ($6.58) to 30 yuan ($3.95) between October 1 and 7. Consummate folk skills will be added to the regular entertainment items.

The price for the Macao Cruise Tour will be lowered from 80 yuan ($10.53) to 35 yuan ($4.61) each, from 138 yuan ($18.16) to 78 yuan ($10.26) each with a buffet dinner at 6:30pm, from 108 yuan ($14.21) to 58 yuan ($7.63) each with fruit and snacks for customers boarding from Wanzai Tourist Wharf from October 1 to 31, and from 88 yuan ($11.58) to 40 yuan ($5.26) each for customers embarking from Jiuzhou Ferry Terminal to watch the Macao International Fireworks Display Contest aboard on September 15, 22, 25 and 29.
