Exhaust check coming

TWO mobile auto-exhaust surveillance vehicles worth 1.9 million yuan ($255,000) will measure exhaust internal combustion vehicles, collect and transmit data and take videos soon. In addition, two auto exhaust remote sensing points with high-speed telecameras will be set up on trunk roads of urban areas next year. Offenders will be fined from 500 yuan to 2,000 yuan ($67 to $268) and driver’s licenses will be suspended.
